Terms and Conditions

DEBIT CARD USE POLICY
• If a guest uses a debit card to reserve a room, the card will be authorized for an amount equaling the length of stay, plus an additional 15% for incidentals. That authorization will immediately put a hold on money in the individual's account, making those funds unavailable for use.
• The card will only be charged for the full amount due upon checkout. However, from that point, the initial authorization may take up to ten business days to be released back into the individual's account.
• Our hotel is not liable for any overdraft charges the guest may incur.

CREDIT CARD USE POLICY
• If a guest uses a credit card to reserve a room, the card will be authorized for an amount equaling the length of the stay, plus an additional 15% for incidentals. That authorization will immediately put a hold on the amount to ensure that the card does not reach the maximum spending limit.
• The card will only be charged for the full amount upon checkout. However, from that point, the initial authorization may take up to ten business days to be released back into the guest's
account.

SMOKING/VAPING POLICY
• There is to be absolutely no smoking or vaping within the hotel. All smoking should be done outside of the building or on the patio outside the bar.
If we believe you to be smoking in your hotel room, we will ask you to stop smoking and/or vaping or to go outside to do so. If the smoking /vaping persists, we will ask you to leave with no refund to your charges. We will also charge a fee up to $250.00 for special cleaning to the room.
• Use of illegal substances will not be tolerated. If the hotel detects the use of illegal substances, you will be given a warning by local law enforcement. If this persists, you will be informed to leave without any refunds to your charges.
